Your Treatment

While you are in hospital, your doctor’s will explain all the proposed treatment to help you to understand them and decide whether to agree it or not. We must by law, obtain your written consent for hospitalization and treatment at the time of admission. Duty doctors present in each floor will explain about your progress, treatment, any procedure, investigation etc. A written consent will be taken from you for any invasive procedures.

Meeting your Consultant

You can meet your consultant regarding the clinical progress of your patient during their  visit to  your patient. Junior Doctor’s or ward sister can also help you in this regard. On Emergency admission you will be attended by the on call doctor’s and later on by the consultants.

Diagnostic Test

  • During your stay in the hospital you may undergo different tests to find out more about your condition.
  • The ward staff will arrange for the tests in a time when the slots are available.
  • For further details you can contact the In-charge nurse of your ward.

Medical History

Whenever you come to hospital you will require the information that is relevant to your care. Please inform the duty doctor if you:

  • Have any allergy any medicine or food.
  • Have been taking any medicines, with their details like dose/frequency etc.
  • Have any past illness of any kind.
  • Have any chronic illness.

Discharge

  • Discharge is advised by the treating consultant after the clinical round.
  • Complete process takes 2-3 hours.
  • Discharge clearance has to be collected from billing department after completing the payment formalities.

Visiting Hours

  • The visitors are an essential part of the recovery process. We also strongly believe that patients need rest in order to recover as quickly as possible. So, we would request you to encourage your visitors to adhere to visiting hours. Restrictions in timing also helps us in protecting you and your relatives from infections.
  • Children below 12 years are not preferred as visitors as their tender age is vulnerable for infection.

Timing

WARDS – Noon – 11 am to 1 pm, Evening – 4 pm to 5 pm.

ICU – Morning – 9:30 am to 10: 30 am

General Regulation for Visitors

  • Please follow the rules for visitor to ensure care to all the patients.
  • You are requested to use visitors parking area to park your vehicle.
  • You are requested to conduct yourself appropriately.
  • You should not be found sitting or lying on floors anywhere in hospital premises.
  • You are only permitted to patient areas during visiting hours.
  • You are not permitted to administer any medical treatment to the patient.
  • You are not allowed inside the hospital premises after consumption of alcohol any illegal drugs.
  • You are not supposed to bring any costly item inside the hospital premises. HOSPITAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY PERSONAL ITEM.
  • Please do not use candles, Incense stick (Dhoop or Agarbattis), lighter, match boxes as it may trigger our smoke detecting system.
  • If you are advised to leave the patient area by nursing staff / securities, please obey them. This is for the benefit of the patient.

Accomodation

Patient and relatives are provided with free stay and self cooking facility in the hospital campus. Waiting halls are provided for the relatives of the admitted patients inside the hospital.

Vehicle Parking

Ample parking space is available for the patient’s and visitors.

Ambulance Service

Ambulance services are out sourcing which can be contacted from the hospital premises. Facility of free service of 108 Ambulance also can be availed by the patient.

Canteen Facility

Patients and attendants can avail the facility of hospital canteen which is situated in the hospital campus. canteen is open from 5am to 9pm.
